PRIME Review Center, in partnership with Firt Sumiden Circuits, Inc. (FSCI), would like to invite all Mechanical Engineering graduates (and graduates of other related fields) to consider the job offerings and vacancies from FSCI.

First Sumiden, Circuits, Inc. (FSCI) is a joint venture among Sumitomo Electric Industries, Inc. (SEI, with 51%), First Philippine Holdings Corporation (FPHC, with 40%), and Sumitomo Corporation (SC, with 9%). FSCI is located at the Light Industry and Science Park (LISP) in Cabuyao, Laguna, and had started operation in September 1996.

When the joint venture had already fully blossomed and each group had attained the original objectives of the partnership, SEI, FPHC and SC mutually decided to terminate the joint venture. Effective December 16, 2011, FSCI  became 100 % owned by SEI, a Japanese Company.
 
FSCI manufactures flexible printed circuits  (FPCs)  and  has established  flip-chip and surface mounting on FPC. FSCI is an IMS (Integrated  Management System) certified company  and  a  recipient of various awards such as  the 2009 Glorious Excellent Company in the Sumitomo Electric Group, Philippine Quality Award (Proficiency In Quality Management in 2004, Mastery in Quality Management in 2006).

These are the positions available:

Technical Buyer

• Graduate of Industrial or Mechanical Engineering;
• With at least 2 years experience as Technical buyer preferably in a Semiconductor or Electronics Industry;
• With a sound knowledge of Cost Management and Procurement;
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and SAP;
• With above average interpersonal skills and with good communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Major;
• With at least 5 years experience in Compensation & Benefits, labor regulations and employee relations;
• Knowledgeable in salary administration and benefit policies. With experience in research & benchmarking, systems and data analysis;
• With above average inter-personal & communication skills; good work attitude; willing to work in extended hours;
• Knowledgeable with MS Office; above average mathematical ability.

Process Engineer

• Graduate of Chemical Engineering course;
• With at least 1 year experience as Process Engineer in a Manufacturing Industry;
• With high analytical skills;
• Can work on shifting schedule and weekends;
• Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications.

Production Supervisor

• Graduate of any Engineering course;
• With working experience as Production Supervisor for 2 years in an electronics industry;
• Knowledge in people handling and capacity assessment
• Must be flexible, open minded, positive thinker and can motivate people;
• Computer Literate.

QA Supervisor/ Engineer

• Graduate BS Mechanical/ Electronics & Communications/ Electrical Engineering;
• Knowledge in SPC/ FMEA/ QC Tools/ 8D;
• At least 2yrs experience in an Electronics/ Semiconductor industry;
• With good leadership/ supervisory skills;
• Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications.

Cadet Engineer

• Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engneering;
• With or without working experience;
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications;
• With high resiliency and good communication skills

Accounting Assistant

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course;
• With or without working experience;
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications;
• Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage but not required;
